Yeah just gonna share this because getting packages in the mail has been my life the past month. I've saved up money for a long time and now I'm spending more money than I ever have. Generously (and successfully) budgeting for a trip that costs several thousand dollars makes me feel rich. "Eh, another $150,… Continue reading 12.31.17
I had an appointment downtown and didn't want to go by myself (some trauma from a parking experience leaves me uneasy trying to find parking in tight streets with few options) so my mom dropped me off and hung out at this bagel place. When I walked in she was being all cute and business-y… Continue reading 12.28.17
Made some giant fruits today at work. I'm super excited to travel but I'm happy to say that I'm gonna miss my job.
Thankful for a lightly WHITE CHRISTMAS! Did the usual: Christmas morning with my parents, and the afternoon with Kyle's family. Both were simple and laid back and it was a very good day!
Christmas Eve! Today was awesome - music in the morning, Christmas with Mark in the afternoon, and the little white church for the sweet Christmas Eve service followed by Christmas with the Delureys. I enjoy our traditions very much for this day and am thankful that they have kept going.

Sitting here about to do a combination of more research for my trip and watching Netflix. A lot of the research is interesting but also mind-numbing (hence the Netflix). I still really love it. And I can't believe my trip is only 3 weeks away...
Christmas get-together with the Myhres! I gave Erin her birthday present, which I was SO excited to put together. A crew member from another state even mailed me one of her old nametags. It was PERFECT. 🙂
Kyle tore up the rest of the flooring at McBee's tonight from 11pm-3:30am. He's a hard worker and I'm stoked to see progress!
Made a charcuterie platter to pair with some nice wines at the crew tasting! I am really proud of how it turned out - I honestly just grabbed fancy foods and hoped it would come together. Makes me want to cater or something!
